A man covered in blood electrocuted his dad with jump leads during a ‘death match’ wrestling event.

Jack Harrop, 27, was up against his dad, Harrop, also known as the ‘Iceman’ in the ring at the match held in the Peddler Events Warehouse in Sheffield.

The footage posted on X shows Jack linking a jump lead-up to a battery.

Sparks then fly and the crowd can be heard shouting “Oooo” as he then clips them to the ring ropes.

When Tarrop starts to get electrocuted while chained up to the ring ropes, a man in the background can be heard saying “f*****g hell” while other people shout in the background.

The disturbing footage shows him convulsing in pain for a few seconds before the electrocution is stopped.

This shocking match was held as part of a weekend-long event for people to watch.

It was hosted by Rise England promotions based in Leeds and the ICW No Holds Barred.

Organisers said this was one of the ‘most violent set of shows’ that had been hosted in the UK.

The dad, with stage name the ‘Iceman’ is well known in the world of wrestling.

He is commonly known to be the founder of these type of ‘death matches’ held in the UK.

Wrestling matches like these often cause controversy for the violence and impact it has on contestants.

They are often left bleeding, with bruised bones and beaten flesh.

Some matches have previously got out of hand, including one between wrestlers Ronnie Thatcher and Blizzard in April 2022.

Police had to investigate the fight between the two of them that involved them attacking one another with a garden strimmer and glass in front of children.

This took place at the Seaham Conservative Club in County Durham.

The group that organised it posted on Facebook that an event like that would not be run again.

The post read: ‘There will be no repeat of went down at PITS OF PUNISHMENT like what we saw between Ronnie and Blizzard again. It will only take place in over 18 shows (yes you can screenshot this for twitter).

‘The match was only supposed to be a doors match, where both men took it upon themselves to take things to another level. We apologise to everyone this may have upset and we will make sure this will never happen again.

‘We are very sorry, and all we can do is make things right.’
