Montana forester on timber lawsuits: 'Judges shouldn't be managing our forests'

An outreach forester for Sun Mountain Lumber, which has sawmills in Deer Lodge and Livingston, cited incessant litigation about timber projects as one big challenge facing Montana's timber industry.
