U.S. military tracks high-altitude balloon over Utah

Officials say the unidentified balloon was flying at around 45,000 feet and did not appear to be a national security threat. The presence of the balloon comes after the U.S. shot down a Chinese balloon last year. NBC News' Courtney Kube reports.
