Cockpit mishap may have caused plane to plunge

Investigators reportedly believe a flight attendant may have accidentally hit a switch that moves the pilot's seat forward, possibly pushing the pilot into the controls and forcing the nose of the plane down. NBC News' Tom Costello reports.
