The day before the Munich Security Conference was set to kick off with leaders from around the world, a suspect drove a car into a crowd of 1,500 people gathered for a rally. At least 30 people were injured. Police say the suspect is a 24-year-old asylum seeker from Afghanistan with a criminal record. NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell reports from Munich.
