Inside factory producing fentanyl in China

A factory producing fentanyl for hospitals in China denies that its drug ends up in the U.S. The U.S. accuses China of producing the precursor chemicals for fentanyl that is smuggled across the southern border. NBC News’ Janis Mackey Frayer reports.
