Mary Ann Wilson, a registered nurse who became a beloved television fitness instructor while encouraging people to “Sit and Be Fit,” has died at 87. Wilson started hosted her program in 1987 and didn't step away until 2023 at age 85. Sunday TODAY’s Willie Geist remembers a life well lived.
