Schenectady man pleads guilty to distributing 895 fentanyl pills
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Schenectady man pleaded guilty to federal gun and drug charges on Monday, per the U.S. Attorney's Office. Willie Mills, 31, faces anywhere from five to 40 years in prison upon sentencing.
Mills admitted to having a semiautomatic pistol with a prior felony conviction and distributing 895 pills with fentanyl in them. With his prior felony conviction, he was not legally allowed to have a firearm.
On top of his prison sentence, Mills will also have to pay a fine of up to $5 million with a supervised release term from four years to life.
