Lola Saratoga burglary suspect arraigned
BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The Saratoga County District Attorney's Office arraigned one of the alleged Lola Saratoga burglary suspects on Friday. The DA's office said Christopher L. Tyler, 23, of Washington D.C., is facing multiple charges.
Tyler is accused of breaking into Lola Saratoga on August 10, 2024, around 5:30 a.m. with two other people from Washington D.C. Police said a citizen reported seeing two men get in a black Toyota Camry and leave the scene.
After fleeing with its lights off down Phila Street and Union Avenue, the vehicle got on the Northway. It got off at Exit 11 and drove into the Greensboro Drive neighborhood, where police arrested the three suspects after they got into a ride-share vehicle.
Police later found the suspect's vehicle running in a residential driveway with all the doors open. Below is a list of the charges Tyler was arraigned on.
