Glens Falls raising spirits with return of Boo2You
GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Glens Falls will be hosting the return of their Boo2You Halloween celebration. The annual event is set for October 25.
Kids and their families will have the opportunity to trick-or-treat and showcase their spooky costumes along Glen Street, Ridge Street, and in Glens Falls City Park. Over 15 local businesses and organizations will be offering sweet treats and hosting activities like a pumpkin scavenger hunt and a remote control car track at the Crandall Public Library.
The celebration will feature performances by DJ Count Dropula and Body Barre. Glens Falls Police, who will also be handing out candy, announced that Glen Street will be closed between South Street and the Hudson Avenue/Ridge Street roundabout while festivities are underway.
Boo2You is scheduled to run from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. The event is free to attend and open to the public.
