10/26/2025: Cool & crisp, feeling like fall!

The latest Storm Tracker Forecast from meteorologist Matt Mackie:

While a weak system brings a few showers and flurries to northern New England, high pressure in control just to our west keeps up bright and sunny today.

Even with that sunshine, don't expect it to get too warm! High temperatures will peak in the low 50's for the Capital District. In the hills and mountains, it may not get out of the 50's!

Tonight will be cold, with lows in the upper 20's to low 30's. Monday and Tuesday look very similar. Temperatures hold steady on Wednesday, but with more clouds developing through the day.

A bigger storm system will move in late-week, bringing us periods of rain for Thursday, Friday and potentially into the start of the weekend. Trick-or-treating could be on the showery side... work some rain gear into the costumes if possible!
