Dzulkefly: Cancelled WBB system not a flip-flop decision

KLANG: The cancellation of the Waktu Berkerja Berlainan (WBB), or staggered working hours system for medical officers, was not a “flip-flop” decision by the government, said Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad.
