Medical examiner reverses suicide ruling in 2011 death of Philadelphia teacher Ellen Greenberg

The medical examiner who ruled the 2011 death of a Philadelphia teacher found with 20 stab wounds a homicide — then later a suicide — now says he believes the case should be ruled as "something other than suicide."
