Gary Anderson, now 34, was picked up Wednesday and charged with manslaughter in the first and second degrees, as well as criminally negligent homicide, in connection to the unprovoked June 8, 2017 Bed-Stuy attack that ultimately took Domingo D. Tapia’s life, cops said.
