Muggers shove girl, 12, against wall, rip pricey necklaces off her neck in NYC heist: cops, sources

The heartless goons approached the pre-teen around 12:30 p.m. on Valentine's Day near the corner of Stratford Avenue and East 172nd Street in Soundview and pushed her into a wall, police said.
