Lily Allen Is Embracing An Age-Gap Romance After Explosive David Harbour Split

After Lily Allen and David Harbour’s explosive breakup, it seems she’s already moved on with someone new, and someone quite a bit younger than her.

In case you missed it, Allen and her new boyfriend Jonah Freud made their debut at the Valentino Paris Fashion Week afterparty in color-coordinated green ensembles. This comes after they were first spotted at a London holiday party in Dec 2025, hosted at the Stringfellows club, so it seems they’re an item!

Now, who is Freud? He is reportedly a 28-year-old writer and artist, also known as the son of Matthew Freud, the PR exec behind the prestigious Freud Communications. (And yes, he is the great‑great‑grandson of Sigmund Freud!) Per Heart, he is also the founder of Reference Point, a chic bookstore and arts space in London.

For those who don’t know, Allen and the Stranger Things alum started dating in 2019, and married a year later, in 2020 in a Las Vegas elopement that was famously officiated by an Elvis impersonator. He became the stepdad to her two daughters: Ethel Mary, born in Nov 2011, and Marnie Rose born in Jan 2013, who she previously welcomed with ex-husband, Sam Cooper.

Then, in 2025, the pair called it quits after a few years of marriage, and now Allen has officially moved on!
