Accused killer ‘formed plan to harm her’ days before Hannah McGuire was killed, court told

The man accused of killing Ballarat woman Hannah McGuire allegedly told a workmate he had formed a plan to drug her with Rohypnol, then crash a car while she was unconscious and put her behind the wheel of the vehicle.
