Perth driver blames hernia for hitting 17-year-old girl at Burswood car meet

The court was played footage which showed Yuen travelling at a high speed on Camfield Drive, before he struck Caitlyn Dickson, 17, causing her to spin twice in the air before hitting the bonnet of the car.
