Atty Gen Garland: No 6 January suspect charged for Insurrection”

Rep. Gohmert: “Has any defendant involved in the Jan. 6 events been charged with ‘insurrection’?”

Atty Gen Garland: “I don’t believe so.”

Rep. Gohmert: “Well, that is the word most used by Democrats here on Capitol Hill about Jan. 6, but no one has been charged with it…”

In their favor, the FBi had already concluded that 6 january was not an “Insurrection,” although the compromised so called law enforcement agency obsessed for over six months trying to prove one for Pelosi and Company

The FBI Witch hunt ordered by Pelosi and Company for political gain has netted 570 suspects. 

But the “Great Insurrection” the worse event in U.S. history according to hysterical Representatives, was as thought, a spontaneous and very unfortunate event.

“Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases. Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages,” a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation stated according to a report by Reuters: “Exclusive: FBI finds scant evidence U.S. Capitol attack was coordinated – sources.”

Those participants who were proven to have broken criminal laws have been charged with various crimes. Others who are charged linger, waiting for trials., some in horrific conditions unusual to regular prison treatment due to the Insurrectionist” labels as reported in the case at the link.
