In Astana, there will be variable cloudiness at night, with snow, at times heavy snow and blizzards. During the day, there will also be variable cloudiness, light snow, and ground-level snowstorms. The air temperature at night and during the day will be between -13 to -15 degrees Celsius. The wind will be from the northwest at 9-14 meters per second, with gusts of 15-20 meters per second during the night and morning.

In Almaty, the night will be cloudy with snow, occasionally heavy snow, fog, and icy conditions. During the day, it will remain cloudy, with intermittent snow, fog, and ice. The air temperature will be -5 to -7 degrees Celsius at night and 0 to -2 degrees Celsius during the day. The wind will be from the northwest at 2-7 meters per second.

It is reported that on Wednesday, with the arrival of a western anticyclone, cold air masses will cause a sharp drop in temperatures. At night, the northern half of the country will experience temperatures as low as -15 to -25 degrees Celsius, while the southern regions will be around -5 to -15 degrees Celsius. In the mountainous areas of Almaty and Zhetysu regions, temperatures may reach -20 to -25 degrees Celsius.

In general, strong winds, fog, and icy conditions are expected across Kazakhstan.
