New service has become available to Kazakhstanis on eGov
Now, Kazakhstanis can use the expanded version of the state service "Updating (correction) of information about education documents" not only to correct incorrect data in certificates and diplomas but also to create their digital version by uploading a scanned copy of the document.
To submit an application for digitizing the document, the following steps need to be taken:
Log in to the eGov.kz portal and go to the "For citizenry" section - "Education;"
Select the service "Updating (correction) of information about education documents" and click "Request online;"
Specify the type of application - "Digitizing information on education documents;"
Choose the type of document and upload its scanned copy;
The result will be available in the personal account under the "Service receipt History" section.
"Digitization of education documents is carried out in stages. Currently, documents on secondary education, as well as on technical and vocational education, issued from 1980 to 2023, are subject to digitization. The service delivery time is 5 business days," the message states.
Refusal of service may occur if false data or documents are found.
