Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy will brief reporters Wednesday afternoon on aviation safety actions and the investigation into a deadly plane crash in Kentucky a day earlier.

At least nine people were killed after a UPS plane with multiple crew members aboard crashed in Louisville, Ky., shortly after takeoff, resulting in a major fire.

The press conference is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. EST.
