In fact, earlier this week, it was even suggested that the Lilywhites had already made contact with the 26-year-old’s agents regarding a switch to North London.
However, Tottenham are thought to be facing plenty of competition for the French international, including from Premier League rivals, Aston Villa and Manchester United.

Alfredo Pedulla has taken to social media to reveal that the Bianconeri are pressing ahead with a move for the PSG star.
He suggested that Kolo Muani likes the idea of swapping the French capital for the Allianz Stadium in Turin this month.
The journalist named the Lilywhites as one of Juve’s main competitors and added that ‘contacts continue’ over a deal for the striker.

Kolo Munai is the kind of energetic forward who would be a natural fit for Ange Postecoglou’s system and the fact that he can operate across the frontline will make him a very useful squad option for Spurs.
Additionally, it has been reported that PSG value the former Eintracht Frankfurt man at £50m, they are willing to loan him out with an option to buy.
That would be the perfect formula for the North London club, who, according to various sources, would prefer loan signings in January.
