Randal Kolo Muani chooses preferred club for loan move – Juventus vs Spurs vs Man Utd
Tottenham Hotspur have been dealt a transfer blow in race to sign one of their top targets in the January transfer window.
Ange Postecoglou admitted earlier this month that he would love to give Dominic Solanke a rest from leading the Tottenham attack, but due to the current injury issues has not been able to give the forward much opportunity to recharge his batteries.
Tottenham have been heavily linked with a loan move for Randal Kolo Muani who looks set to leave PSG this month in order to get regular game time, having seen his opportunities at the French giants become limited.
Such is the desire to land the forward, Tottenham have promised Kolo Muani a place in the starting eleven which could impact Heung-min Son‘s game time.
Kolo Muani prefers move to Juventus
Sky Italia are now reporting that Kolo Munai wants to make the temporary switch to Juventus over the likes of Tottenham, AC Milan and Manchester United.
Contact between Juventus and PSG is intensifying over an agreement for Kolo Muani, who joined the Ligue 1 champions in September 2023 on the back of a prolific spell at Eintracht Frankfurt.
A familiar story for Tottenham – another ‘nearly’ signing
Tottenham fans have been accustomed to being linked with big name targets during transfer windows, only for the club either to be used as a bargaining chip for a player to get a move elsewhere or for the Spurs board not to show enough financial appetite to make a move happen.
We are now eleven days into the transfer window and while Tottenham have signed goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky, they cannot afford to leave it late in the month to try to bring in a couple of quality additions.
Johan Lange and his recruitment team need to up the anti, with Spurs having one foot in the Carabao Cup final and desperately needing to improve their league form; this window could make our break our season.
