Cristian Romero has informed Daniel Levy what he wants to do this summer, with a new update from Spain revealing if Tottenham’s Europa League success will impact the Argentine’s decision over his future.
When asked directly about his future after the win in Bilbao, Romero refused to commit his future to Spurs, with the centre-back remarking that he cannot clarify everything that is said in the media about him.

According to the print edition of Marca (as relayed by Sport Witness), Romero has already informed Daniel Levy that he wants to join Atletico this summer.
The Spurs chairman then made it clear to the centre-back that any negotiations would not take place until after the Europa League final.
Now that the final is over, Rojiblancos feel that it is time to hold a meeting with Levy and try to get the transfer over the line.
The outlet asserts that Romero hasn’t changed his stance despite Tottenham’s Europa League success, with the two clubs expected to hold discussions on a deal.
Atletico expect negotiations with Tottenham to be difficult
Marca say that even though Tottenham and Atletico have a good relationship, the La Liga club expect to face obstacles in their efforts to land the Spurs vice-captain.
The primary issue is expected to be the asking price, with the Lilywhites wanting €70m (£58.7m) for Romero even though he only has two years left on his contract, while the Spanish side want to pay a much lower fee.
The publication adds that the 27-year-old remains desperate to play under Diego Simeone and is waiting for the two clubs to hammer out a deal.
