Their most recent is Enzo Maresca‘s former Leicester midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
And the Blues are not done yet as they continue to chase Villarreal goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen along with Nico Williams and Samu Omorodion.
But with all these stars potentially coming in outgoings at the club remain a theme of interest.
Which players could be leaving?

Trevoh Chalobah is another star who could be on the outgoing list after being left out of the squad for their pre-season tour of the US.
Djordje Petrovic is emerging as a surprise candidate to be sold only a year after he arrived from MLS club New England Revolution.

The club are open to offers for the goalkeeper after doubts about his suitability for Maresca’s style of football.
A less obvious star who may not fit Maresca’s style is one of Chelsea’s highest earners, Ben Chilwell.
The Blues may sell him if a high enough offer is made but his injury record over the last three years could affect his price tag.
Kepa Arrizabalaga could be on his way to Saudi Arabia as Chelsea continue talks with Al-Ittihad after they turned down an offer for the Spaniard.
Regarding Romelu Lukaku the Blues are still waiting to hear from Napoli with talks likely to take place once Victor Osimhen‘s future is resolved.
Chelsea aim to secure permanent deals for Lukaku and Kepa, allowing them to retain loan move options for their emerging talents.
Lesley Ugochukwu is expected to go on loan after being withdrawn from Olympic football duty for France.
Harvey Vale was also left out of Chelsea’s first-team tour squad and the U21s’ tour of Portugal to facilitate a loan move.
Leo Castledine is also expected to leave on loan, despite travelling with the U21s.
And Armando Broja, Cesare Casadei and David Datro Fofana could all be sold if offers are accepted.
