Fury after Casualty and All Together Now cancelled last night for FA Cup football after week of telly turmoil
TELLY fans were fuming with the Beeb last night as Casualty and All Together Now were both taken off air after a week that has seen some of the biggest shows yanked from the schedules.
Saturday’s BBC One schedule was dominated by football, with the FA Cup clash between Manchester United and Wolves airing in the slots usually reserved for the two shows.

It has been a week of turmoil in the schedules, with Holby City canned because of the Brexit vote, EastEnders pulled for Comic Relief and Loose Women replaced by horseracing.
Last night’s BBC One line-up being cleared from 7.30pm until 10pm prompted yet more fury from fed-up fans.
One wrote on Twitter: “Got jammies on, made my cup of tea, all ready for my weekly fix of #casualty only to discover its been cancelled this week to show match of the day…..WTF!!! Not happy.”
Another added: “Not having good week. #holby cancelled due to brexit vote and now #casualty due to football.”

Loose Women also got shunted because of horse racing at Cheltenham earlier in the week[/caption]
A third agreed, writing: “#Casualty been cancelled … Because of football! Football! Not even for a team I support.”
Meanwhile a fourth tweeted: “I can’t believe it all I’ve watched today is sport needed a change. I’m sad it’s not on #AllTogetherNow.”
Another angry fan added: “I think it’s awful everything changes for the footie that’s what sports channels are for not everyone wants the football.”
There had already been upset because of political turmoil at Westminster that saw Theresa May’s Brexit deal knock hit drama Holby off screens.
