COPS ditched a probe into a spate of break-ins after just half an hour.
Hannah Serghiou rang 101 at 7.45am and spent 30 minutes giving details of how her cars and garage had been raided.
But at 8.45am, the beautician received an email from the police informing her that the case “will be closed”.
Hannah, 34, was “disgusted” officers had not even visited her at Clacton-on-Sea, Essex.
The mum of three said: “Why do I pay my council tax for the police if this is how seriously things are taken?
“All the police seem to be doing is box-ticking.”
Hannah said of the thieves: “These people are getting away with it. If my husband Pete had got hold of them, the police would be here like a shot.”
The crooks targeted her Ford C-Max and Seat Altea plus other cars early on Thursday, stealing £200 sunglasses and her 14-year-old daughter’s bag.

But Essex Police insisted the case had been “filed” which “does not mean the crime is closed”.
A spokesman added: “We have increased our patrols and notified residents.”
Hannah’s husband Pete, recovering from a brain tumour, recently helped to chase a knifeman.
