A BRITISH Instagram model had an emergency spinal tap as Thai doctors are struggling to diagnose her mystery illness that has left her stranded.
Rebekah Fulton, 25, is currently in hospital in Phuket where she became unwell just days before she was to start a new job in the country.

The backpacker is battling a serious infection, which doctors believe could be meningitis or encephalitis.
James Geddes, her father, has launched a GoFundMe in a desperate bid to fly his daughter home to Paisley, in Renfrewshire, Scotland for treatment.
He recently shared she underwent a lumber puncture, or a spinal tap, as doctors are scratching their heads for a diagnosis.
The 48-year-old wrote: “Thank you to everyone for their help so far and I have been asked to provide some sort of update.
“Rebekah is currently undergoing testing and had a lumbar puncture this morning and I will have results in 2/3 days.
“She is being treated at the moment and the treatment can be more refined when we know which infection she has.”
‘SHE’S STILL ME WEE GIRL’
Geddes has flown out to Thailand to be by her side and has talked about seeing his daughter in her current condition and that she has also had a brain scan.
He told the Paisley Daily Express: “My wee girl may be 25, but she’s still my wee girl and it’s very difficult to watch her suffering – you just feel so helpless.
“The hospital are still saying it could be meningitis, encephalitis or something like that.
“She had a brain scan today, but we don’t know the results of that yet – everything’s very, very slow and I’m very frustrated.”
The Instagram influencer and keen traveller last shared a photo on March 18 of her silhouette against the sunset.

Other snaps show the gym bunny paddleboarding, sunbathing as well as basking in the sunshine, and she appears to have been travelling since 2015.
On Facebook, Geddes issued thanks to well wishers who have donated to the campaign – which has raised £12,255 of the £25,000 goal.
