A LANDLORD has revealed the disgusting mess a “nightmare” mum-of-five left his house in after allegedly causing £30,000 of damage.
Tenant-from-hell Katie Bentley was evicted from the flat in Hull after not paying rent, leaving rotting mounds of rubbish and wrecked rooms.

Holes were hacked in the flat’s walls and discarded needles lay next to Bentley’s children’s toys.
Horrified landlord Phil Withnall found floorboards pipes ripped out, the boiler missing and the toilet destroyed after junkies invaded.
Mr Withnall, who owns P&J Properties, said: “I knew it was going to be bad, but it was worse than I imagined.
“She started out as a mum-of-five living there. I’ve been renting out for 25 years and have had nothing like this.”
‘NIGHTMARE TENANT’
He added: “She was a nightmare tenant and a nightmare neighbour. I am pleased for all the neighbours this has come to an end.”
An insurance loss adjustor said it was ‘the worst house she has ever been in’, Mr Withnall said.
Photos showed piles of rubbish stacked up in a bedroom and filth all over the kitchen.
The oven was smashed to pieces and the garden stacked up with discarded bike tyres and overflowing bins.

Two workers spent two days filling a 16-yard skip with garbage after Bentley was booted out and the flat was gutted.
But mountains more debris still needs to be dumped and the rest had to be stuffed in the garage.
Bentley allegedly refused to pay her rent for several months and allowed squatters to move in.
But the mum claimed she was beaten up by ‘smackheads’ who broke in when she spent a week in prison last October.
BEATEN UP
Bentley said: “All the loud noises the neighbours hear is me getting beaten up. It’s me shouting for help.
“I’ve not been staying at this house. I’ve been staying anywhere I can because I’ve been too scared to go back to the house.”
She added: “People go round and let themselves in because the landlord won’t secure the locks.
“They climb in and out and they have nicked all my baby’s toys.”
BOOTED OUT
Mr Withnall said he has not heard from Miss Bentley she was turfed out.
She had promised in January to turn her life around by going teetotal and staying off drugs.
The family home has been renovated apart from the smashed-up bathroom and kitchen.
After the double glazing is replaced and the doors fixed in a full refurb the flat will be put up for sale.
Mr Withnall said: “It looks like someone has gone round with a hammer and I can’t believe children were living here.
“We’ve got over 40 properties on our books and we’ve never had an incident as bad as this.
“Hopefully we will never get another one like it either.”
