BEN FOSTER has urged Elton John to cancel his concert in Copenhagen for the FA Cup final.
The former Watford chairman’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour hits Denmark on the same evening as his beloved team’s bid for glory.
Foster said: “It’s no dilemma. He should cancel right now.
“I have loads of people I know who have weddings for that day and stuff.
“It is their own fault, dickheads, don’t book a wedding in the summer for Cup final day!
“I don’t think you could have predicted this at the beginning of the season But as the season wore on it became obvious we had the chance of doing something.
“So Elton you just need to cancel, sorry guys.”
Sir Elton’s busy schedule means he is not recording a cup final song ahead of the May 18 clash against Manchester City.
Foster will start against Southampton tonight but is set to miss out at Wembley too – as Heurelho Gomes has been in goal for the cup.
‘ABSOLUTE CLASS’
Foster said: “Heurelho deserves it, he really does.
“He has been absolute class , not only with me when I signed, but throughout when he has been playing. He is a great guy and deserves every opportunity like this.
““I honestly don’t think there is any reason why he wouldn’t to be perfectly honest.
“I think if the manager was going to change something he would have done it in the semi-final.
“But when you are talking about someone like Gomes there is no risk, there is no worry.
“It is not like it is a step down or anything. He is a class goalie and deserves his chance.”
Javi Gracia’s side can also qualify for Europe with their Premier League finish, with Foster adding. “It keeps everyone going.

“I think it can be underestimated how important having a Cup run can be for a team of our ilk.
“It not only keeps everyone interested but there is a lot of players who aren’t involved on a Saturday and it keeps them interested because they know they could be one injury away from playing in a Cup final at Wembley against Man City.
“It keeps levels high in training and then when we have a game it keeps people at the top of their game as well.”
