Looking very embarrassed, Phillip admitted he had been trying to post a picture on Instagram about his other TV show – Five Gold Rings.
“I was on my phone,” he exclaimed.
Holly asked him: “Were you entering the competition, you are not allowed to do that!”
He replied: “No, I was about to Instagram about how you get tickets to the new series of Five Gold Rings. So I was working!”
It comes after he left Ruth Langsford furious last week when he cut her off mid-sentence live on the show.

Phil, 57, had to take over the breakfast show’s daily crossover to the Loose Women studio because they were running short on time.
Ruth, 59, was part-way through revealing what would be coming up on the panel show when Phil chimed in: “Guys, we are going to have to jump in there and stop you I’m afraid.”
With Ruth looking thoroughly unimpressed, the host continued: “We are a bit tight for time on this end.
“Thank you, Ruth – we will catch you guys a little bit later.”
The furious Loose Women presenter then slammed down her pen as she muttered: “I only had about two more words to say – don’t worry.”
