Sheridan Smith welcomed back to the Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps remake by Will Mellor
SHE might have been snubbed in the upcoming Gavin And Stacey reunion, but SHERIDAN SMITH has been welcomed back to the Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps remake with open arms.
The actress starred in the Nineties sitcom alongside RALPH LITTLE, NATALIE CASEY and WILL MELLOR.
Will said: “I’ve been speaking to the show creator Susan Nickson after fans have been in touch on Instagram and Twitter.
“Gavin and Stacey is coming back so I think we should too as we were a big part of that era. We’d welcome Sheridan with open arms. Its cult following [would].
“My dream would be to get Sheridan, plus Ralph and Natalie. Sheridan’s done so well, her career is flying.
“I’m definitely hopeful that we can get her back for the show, she was one of the original characters.
“Sheridan was always a great actress, she’d been doing it since she was a kid, but you never know with anything these days, there’s a lot of people who don’t get a break.
“Sheridan is great actress and she has chosen the right roles, it’s tough game to be in and she’s made in. I hope everything goes well for her.”

“We’d go out at weekends and be together everyday, we were a lot younger and had no responsibilities so we could have a few drinks and wake up fresh every day, but now if I have a few drinks it takes me three days.”
