The star was arrested in October for her role in the alleged assault on a pair of bartender sisters called Jade and Baddie G.
Cops say a fight broke out in which chairs, bottles and hookah pipes were thrown, causing minor injuries to two of the club’s employees.
Cardi B was reportedly caught on camera tossing an ice bucket towards one of the women.
The incident was allegedly sparked after the ‘Bodak Yellow’ singer accused Jade of sleeping with her husband Offset – before their split in December.
The former stripper – real name is Belcalis Almanzar – had previously faced misdemeanour charges over the incident at Angels in August.
A grand jury has now indicted Cardi on 14 charges, including 2 counts of felony attempted assault with intent to cause serious physical injury, reports TMZ.
Other charges include misdemeanour reckless endangerment, assault, criminal solicitation, conspiracy and harassment.
In April, she rejected a plea deal from the district attorney which would have seen her given a conditional discharge, escaping a prison sentence unless she committed a further offence.
She was arrested in October after surrendering to police, who took her fingerprints and mugshot.
