‘Tinder murderer’ who slashed own throat in court ‘lured women into sex cult and told them he was a vampire’
THE man who slashed his own throat in court while standing trial for murder is said to have lured women into a sex cult, telling them he was a vampire and could read minds.
Aubrey Trail, 52, and his girlfriend Bailey Boswell, 25, are currently on trial in the US for the savage murder and dismemberment of Sydney Loofe, 24.

Trail’s girlfriend Bailey Boswell is also on trial for the first-degree murder of Sydney Loofe, 24, in November 2017[/caption]
Late last month Trail was in the courtroom in Wilber, Nebraska when he screamed “Bailey is innocent and I curse you all,” before cutting his neck with an unidentified object.
Loofe was found dead in December 2017 near Edgar, south-west of Omaha, about a month after she disappeared when she failed to return from a Tinder date with Boswell.
Three women have given evidence this week about how he would lure women into his sex cult via Tinder, telling them he was a vampire that could fly and he could read minds.
All three claim they were recruited via Boswell’s Tinder account between July and November 2017.
They said Boswell made them call him “daddy” and how they engaged in orgies with him and Boswell as well as other women.
One woman claimed Trail had a group of witches and in order for her to become one she had to kill someone and “take their last breath”.
She added that she would get more “powers” if the person that was killed had been tortured for hours before hand, the Omaha Herald reported.
The woman also detailed going to a Walmart with Trail and Boswell for groceries when they asked her if she was ready for her first “kill”.
She said a potential Tinder date showed up but they eventually ended up leaving her at the supermarket with Trail later saying they would “save her for another time”.
Another woman claimed Trail and Boswell made her follow strict rules which included not wearing any clothes in Trail’s home.
She was also made to make contact every three hours to let them know where she was.
The woman was told she was punished if she broke the rules, saying Trail once chocked her with a belt and on another occasion he slapped her around the head more than ten times.
She also testified the pair would often speak about killing and torturing people as a way of strengthening their “powers”.
They are said to have discussed cutting out people’s eyelids, scalping them, cutting holes in people during sex, pouring acid on them and setting them alight.
Both women left the group before Loofe was killed.
Trail and Bailey both deny killing Loofe, and instead say she died during an orgy gone wrong.
The couple said the 24-year-old was choked during sex, which they say led to her death.
After going on what she thought was a regular Tinder date on November 15, 2017, Loofe was killed.
Her body was slashed into 14 separate pieces and scattered across Saline County in Nebraska.

Police knew the recovered body was Loofe because of a distinctive tattoo which read “Everything will be wonderful someday” on what was left of her arm.
Medical examiners later discovered Loofe’s tongue and lungs had been cut out in a horrific act of evil.
She is believed to have been strangled, however the couple on trial deny murdering Loofe.
