But once that money tap has been turned on, the cash now pours out and could make Tottenham a serious title contender next season.

Mauricio Pochettino has already spent £10million on Clarke before breaking club transfer record and splashing £65m on Tanguy Ndombele.
And reports claim that Tottenham are now chasing Fulham wonderkid Ryan Sessegnon, who would be a massive boost to the Spurs defence.
The highly-rated youngster could create a powerful full-back duo together with Serge Aurier, supporting centre-backs Davinson Sanchez and Jan Vertonghen.
Toby Alderweireld’s future is still unknown, with Roma believed to be targeting the Belgium international in a cut-price £25m swoop.
ALL CHANGE, PLEASE
But Tottenham’s midfield is what Pochettino plans to tinker with the most this summer.
He has already added an N’Golo Kante-like tackler in Ndombele in a bid to increase pressure on opponents in the middle of the park.
And the Spurs gaffer wants to chuck in a mixture of Lo Celso’s vitality and Ceballos’ creativity to the mix to form a lethal midfield partnership.
Tottenham are reportedly leading in the race for the Real Madrid starlet, who starred for Spain at the U21 Euros last month.
And although Sky Sports reported that negotiations with Betis over a move for the Argentine are off, they could be resumed later in the window.
That’s contingent on Christian Eriksen leaving Spurs this summer, with the Dane believed to be looking for a house in Spain already.
But, luckily for Pochettino, none of his forwards are set to leave the Champions League finalists anytime soon.
