TYSON FURY showed he really is a man of the people as he slummed it in a £65-a-night budget hotel in Maidstone.
Despite earning around £13million from his last win against Tom Schwarz in Las Vegas, there was no splashing out when it came for a room for the night.
The Gypsy King was spotted leaving the Great Danes Hotel in Kent, part of the Mercure hotel chain.
And with the money he saved from the hotel, he should probably invest in some new shorts as the tan-coloured pair were far too big for him.
Fury complemented them with a floral shirt with only three buttons done up, a green cap and brown pumps.
And with temperatures reaching 28C, the 30-year-old whipped out the sunnies as he made his way to his car.
Fury held a meet and greet at the hotel on Wednesday night, with tickets ranging from £35 up to £175.
And clearly he has taken a liking to the place having stayed on for an extra couple of nights.
The former heavyweight champion of the world stunned in his last fight when he battered previously unbeaten Schwarz in a two-round destruction.
Fight fans are now desperate to see the Lineal champ in more meaningful fights – with the Deontay Wilder rematch the ultimate aim.
MILLER UP NEXT?
The pair fought a contentious draw last December in the US, with many believing Fury was robbed of the WBC world title.
But next up could be a scrap against a fellow controversial boxer – drug cheat Jarrell Miller.
Fury’s promoter Frank Warren has admitted that Miller, who was pulled from a world title fight against Anthony Joshua after failing a drugs test, is being “considered”.

But with Fury desperate for a higher calibre of opponent, New Yorker Miller could well be the one to get a shot at the Lineal champ.
