Mrs Cooke has admitted to a charge of actual bodily harm, but her daughter denies assault and is yet to plea on a revised charge of assault by beating.
The pair are set to reappear at Maidstone magistrates court in September.
Gold has been charged with wounding or inflicting grievous bodily harm.
Her mum told Kent Online: “She has scarring and will need plastic surgery. She still has a numbness at the top of her head.”
Miss World organisers confirmed with Kent Online they were aware of her pending court case.
The professional golfer is heading to Newcastle next month to compete against 55 other contestants to be crowned Miss England 2019.
Olivia first made headlines as it was revealed that her dad Phil Cooke was crowned Mr England in 1996.

The 21-year-old told The Mirror: “I feel really proud to be following in my dad’s footsteps, but I never thought I’d get this far so soon.”
“Golf is my real passion but after everything dad achieved I wondered if modelling might be an option, too, one day.
