Bergkamp captioned the snap: “Once a…”
The pictures prompted hoards of fans to reply to the post on Instagram with gushing tributes to the Dutch icon.
One completed the caption: “…Gooner, always a Gooner.”
Another said: “The greatest and most loyal player in the history of Arsenal.”
“LOVE YOU, DB10”
A third added: “Oh Dennis. Can you come back?”
One even said: “The greatest! Love you DB10”.
But will Bergkamp also splash out on Arsenal third kit, after the blue and gold strip was leaked online?
The Gunners have already revealed their classic red home strip and “bruised banana” away kit for the 2019-20 campaign.
