Peter Andre bans Junior and Princess from appearing on The Voice Kids after Katie Price encouraged their singing careers
PETER Andre has ruled out Junior and Princess from making an appearance on The Voice Kids after reports that they have been approached to appear on the show.
The 46-year-old voiced his concerns about them entering the music industry at a young age after his ex-wife, Katie Price, 41 has encouraged their singing after trying to crack the industry herself.

Speaking to new! magazine Peter said: “As a dad, I wouldn’t be keen to let them on.
“They’re way too young and I don’t want them open to that sort of criticism – if you get slated it damages you.”
The Mysterious Girl singer went on to explain that it was a different industry when he started off his career.
“Even though I started off my career at a young age, it was a different world. There was no social media so the only way you knew if people didn’t like you was if they told you,” he said.

However, Mum-of-5 Katie has always encouraged her children’s singing careers as she posts multiple candid videos of her kids singing and dancing on social media.
Katie has also had her fair share of trying to break the music industry, such as representing the UK in the Eurovision song contest, and releasing her own singles, and has even recently revealed that she is attempting to relaunch her pop career.
Although it is clear that Peter is worried about his children and how harmful the industry could be to Junior and Princess – Katie’s more relaxed approach to parenting shows that she is supporting them.
The pair have never seen eye to eye when it comes to their parenting styles as she admitted that she loves how “feral” her children are and had snubbed Pete for his “strict” diet he has with them.

Peter has not only stopped Princess from going on The Voice Kids, but he has also banned her from going on Love Island and was branded “mean” for not letting Princess watch the popular ITV2 reality show.
“My daughter is 12. I feel bad because I’m just like: ‘No.’ She thinks I’m mean.”
He added: “She said to me: ‘Would you ever let me go on Love Island?’
