Today’s free horse racing tips: Steve Mullen’s top tips for Friday’s racing at Ascot, York, Newmarket, Thirsk, Uttoxeter and Chepstow

GAME AND SET was extremely green when finishing a solid second at Newmarket last time out. She hung a good bit so did well to get so close and should come on plenty for the experience.
Stars In The Sky cost more than half a million and is bred to be competitive over this sort of distance. A market move would be telling. Queen Daenerys is well bred by Frankel and should know plenty on debut coming from Roger Varian.

MAN OF PROMISE is the latest two-year-old to come off the Charlie Appleby production line and he should be well prepared on this debut. Sprint trips should be fine as a juvenile.
Richard Hannon has won this three times in the past four seasons so there’s every chance that Mums Tipple will be right on the premises. Surf Dancer, Molatham and My Thought are all bred to win races so watch for market signals.

THEMAXWECAN has been running in stronger races than this and was doing his best work at the finish over 1m5f at Haydock last time. He held his own in the Queen’s Vase at Royal Ascot before that and looks on a fair handicap mark.
Piedita is an interesting runner for Sir Mark Prescott coming back from a year off. She won well at Chester over this trip two runs ago so stays well. Crystal King is well bred and showed plenty when third over 1m5f at Ayr latest. This longer distance should suit.

MAGNETIC CHARM has improved this season and kicked off the campaign with a win in this Listed class at York in May. He was then beaten a neck in the Sandringham Handicap at Royal Ascot and has a lot more to offer.
Look Around was last seen when ninth in the 1,000 Guineas at Newmarket in May. That was a fair effort and these are much calmer waters. Duneflower is on the upgrade and had more in hand than her one-length winning margin at Doncaster last time. She can handle this hike in class.

SEXTANT has been a model of consistency who won well over course and distance on comeback in May. He followed with a good fourth at Epsom before getting back to winning ways at Windsor last time. He’s up just 1lb for that which looks very fair.
Anythingotday won eased down at York latest when going back over this distance. He could still be a few steps ahead of the handicapper. Hyanna acquitted herself well when beaten in a photo at Sandown last time gets on well with today’s 7lb claimer.

DASCHAS has a bit more on his plate here after winning at Windsor last time but he did it in great style and clocked a fast time in the process. He has winning form here and the trip suits so he should be right there again at healthy odds.
Ornate has been in good nick and landed a big handicap at Epsom before a comfortable success at Beverley last time out. He takes a slight drop in class here. Dapper Man didn’t get going in the soft at Pontefract but landed four in a row in quicker conditions so must be seriously considered.

TEXTING took a big step forward when winning with lots left in the tank at Yarmouth last time. She picked up well in the manner of a horse capable of performing at this level and there could be more to come.
Peggie Sue has won two of her past three outings and didn’t have to hit top gear when scoring at Lingfield latest. Pink Flamingo has been consistent and enjoyed this trip when winning at Brighton last time. Her best form is there but she can’t be ruled out.
