Superday is a brilliant app that tracks your activities and what you have done during the day to give you a clear report.

You can see how much time you spend sleeping, working, commuting or watching TV and use the reports to reorganise your life and set goals to change bad habits.

Exercise together

Making time to exercise and to be with your partner can be tricky. Combining the two can combat both issues and reduce stress.

I love Beachbody On Demand, with workouts and programmes from yoga to high intensity.

It also helps with nutrition and has a 14-day results plan.

The mum&me app is an affordable service for expectant parents, arranging everything from hypnobirthing sessions to nursery furniture at the click of a button.

It also offers expert tips on health throughout pregnancy.

• Botanics Organic Facial Oil, £11.49 for 25ml – buy now

Described as non-greasy and fast absorbing – and it was. Full of organic oils such as sweet almond, geranium, lemon peel, bergamot and rosehip, for a healthy-looking complexion.

This smelled amazing and was my favourite. Fantastic for dry skin.

Mid-range

• Trilogy Rosehip Oil, £19.50 for 20ml – buy now

Helps to minimise wrinkles and smooths and dramatically moisturises skin. But what I really loved is its versatility – it’s a great hair serum and brilliant on dry elbows.

It also stained my bed sheets, as it is bright orange. But if you’re not as clumsy as me it’s great.

Luxury

• Transformation Facial Oil, £29.95 for 28ml – buy now

This promised nutrition and hydration but was my least favourite. It didn’t sink in like the others and felt like it sat on my skin.

It is said to reduce acne flare-ups so may be better for teenage skin. It also went off just a few weeks after opening.
