ANTHONY JOSHUA has vowed that Wembley Stadium will host his titanic “Best of Britain” fight against Tyson Fury.
But, first the Brit has to dispatch of Andy Ruiz Junior in his rematch with the Mexican in December.
Joshua says he wants a “massive fight” against Fury at Wembley ahead of a match-up with Deontay Wilder in 2020.
AJ, 29, will face-off with Ruiz Jr on December 7 in Saudi Arabia in their highly anticipated rematch after the Mexican was able to stop him back in June, picking up the 2012 Olympic champ’s WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight titles.
When asked who he would rather face following the fight with Ruiz, AJ said he would skip past the opportunity for an undisputed match-up with the WBC champ Deontay Wilder and instead go for a “Best of Britain” bout with Fury at Wembley.
AJ told Sky Sports: “I always change it, but right now, I’d say Fury at Wembley. The best of Britain. It is a massive fight. You will [see it].”
When asked if he still would fight Wilder one day Joshua said: “Yes, 100 per cent. That’s like asking if a certain football team will play another football team. Of course.
“We’re in the same division, in the same era. We have to fight each other.
“We’re all big draws in the heavyweight division so it would be massive.
“I’d love to fight Wilder, I’d love to fight Fury. I’m fighting Ruiz Jr next. The list goes on – there’s so many out there that I’d love to compete with.”

But Joshua has to first get past Ruiz and avenge his shock defeat to the Mexican that saw his undefeated record go along with his world title belts.
AJ said: “It’s been a journey. A lot of highs and a lot of lows, from the amateurs to the pros.
“Through the process you gain experience which has led me to this point in my life.”
