Sahar Tabar, 22, made international headlines after she posted pictures of herself on Instagram with razor-sharp cheekbones and an oversized pout.

She has been arrested on suspicion of blasphemy, instigating violence, illegally acquiring property, insulting the country’s dress code and encouraging young people to commit corruption, Tasnim news agency reported.
The Iranian news outlet claims judicial authorities arrested her after members of the public made complaints about her.
Iran retains the death sentence for blasphemy and in 2014, a man was executed after he was convicted of heresy.
Those not sentenced to death can expect a prison sentence of five years, the End Blasphemy Laws Campaign says.
It’s unclear where Sahar is being held but Iran’ jails have a notorious reputation, in particular Evin prison outside Tehran.
Thousands have been executed there and former inmates have told horror stories of electrocution, rape and torture.
TORTURE AND EXECUTIONS
British-Australian blogger Jolie King was held along with her Australian boyfriend Mark Firkin were held in Evin on spying charges after being arrested for flying a drone.
They were kept in the same wing as Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, a Brit mum who has been kept in the prison since 2016.
Sahar previously claimed she had gone under the knife more than 50 times in a bid to look like Angelina Jolie.
She then sparked controversy after saying her “zombie-like” look was the magic of Photoshop and makeup – and that she had no interest in looking like celebrity.
After hitting headlines for her corpse bride appearance in 2017, Sahar reportedly told Russian media outlet Sputnik: “This is Photoshop and make-up.
“Every time I publish a photo, I paint my face in an increasingly funny way.
“It is a way of expressing yourself, a kind of art. My fans know that this is not my real face.”
Sahar has previously posted images to appear as if she had undergone surgery on her face.
Last year, she posted a cleverly-edited photo showing her face almost entirely covered in bandages, spread underneath her eyes and around her cheekbones.
