She’ll fear she’s going to lose her mum as she watches the doctors try – and fail – to resuscitate Kerry.
It’s not been revealed yet if Kerry does actually die, or if she’ll be brought back from the brink.
Actress Laura Norton – who’s played Kerry for eight years – appeared on Lorraine last week and revealed that her character has reached breaking point and this could be the beginning of the end for her.
Talking about her dramatic storyline and the showdown with Tracy Metcalfe that led to her accident, Laura said: “That is the start of her breaking point, there’s only so long that you can suppress that.
“She’s living with this girl (Tracy), she’s become best friends and she’s grown to love her and I think it’s just eating away at her bit by bit.

“So that is the beginning of the end, really.”
It’s not sounding too good for our Kerry, is it?
Kerry and Amy have been trying to hide the fact that they started the devastating factory blaze which killed Tracy’s dad, Frank Clayton.
Tracy – played by Amy Walsh – has been in bits since losing him and dealing with the fall out as the rest of the village believe Frank was the one who started the fire.
She was crushed as Kerry – who has become a good friend to her – confessed that she was the one responsible for her dad’s death.
Kerry and Amy then tried to lock Tracy in the house to stop her going to the police, but Tracy managed to escape and make a run for it.
LATEST IN EMMERDALE
Kerry was hot on her heels and the two women tussled before Tracy pushed Kerry off of her, causing her to fall to the ground, hitting her head.
Natalie-Ann Jamieson, who plays Amy, told Metro: “Kerry is really badly hurt and it’s touch and go, so obviously now, there’s not just the secret about the fire in the mix.
“Everyone here has made serious mistakes, and everyone could end up paying for them in some way. It’ll be good to see how the audience takes to it because it could go a number of ways from here.”
Watch Emmerdale this week to see if Kerry pulls through.
