A SURGERY addict dubbed the Human Ken Doll has revealed his nose is collapsing again and that doctors are unsure they will ever be able to fix it.
Roderigo Alves, 36, has become known around the world for having undergone more than 70 plastic surgery ops costing £600,000 to achieve what he calls the “perfect” look.

The procedures included 11 nose jobs, which have left him unable to breathe properly, and doctors have warned his nose could “fall off and turn black” if he continues to alter it.
The last operation was in January and was intended to fix earlier botched procedures, but Alves says it has failed to resolve his issues.
Appearing on Italian television show Domenica Live over the weekend, Alves was asked about a visible dent in the side of his nostril.
“It is collapsing and I am afraid to have another surgery to fix it,” he said.
He later told MailOnline: “The results of this surgery were very pleasing at first but now I am going to have to have another surgery because it is sinking and I am scared, to be honest.
“Each time is riskier than the last and I’m worried that doctors aren’t going to be able to fix my nose permanently.”
As well as £30,000 on nose jobs, Alves has spent £8,000 on Botox, £16,000 on liposuction, £10,000 on pec implants, £22,000 on a fake six-pack, £7,000 on fillers to his arms, £5,000 on a hair transplant, £3,000 on calf shaping, and £28,000 to remove four of his ribs.
DOC: ‘WORST CASE OF MY CAREER’
In 2017, Alves appeared on US reality show Botched, which follows people seeking remedies for plastic surgeries that have gone wrong.
A doctor is seen trying and failing to look up Alves’s nose, whose nostrils are severely constricted, and saying: “This is probably one of the worst results and complications that I have seen in my entire career.”
He later adds: “The issue is what we call the soft tissue envelope, that’s the skin.
“You having three surgeries in a period of 12 to 15 months destroyed your tissue.
“The skin’s no good.
“Your nose, on the inside, you have no airway.
“And it’s short, so this is all scarred together.
“And now since you just had surgery three months ago, it’s going to scar down more.
“It’s in a healing phase.
“If you try to insult your skin one more time now while its healing, there’s a high possibility [your nose] will turn black and then die and fall off.”
Speaking at the weekend, Alves voiced anguish at the prospect of having to undergo more surgery to fix his collapsing nose.

“I am a human and like everyone else I have feelings. I can also be vulnerable,” he said.
“At the moment I am looking for non surgical procedures which doesn’t involve general anaesthesia in order to [maintain] my looks.”
