Girl, 13, missing from her home in Peak District as cops launch major hunt
COPS are urgently searching for a 13-year-old girl who vanished in the Peak District yesterday.
Layla Mann was last seen in Fernilee, Derbyshire, yesterday afternoon.
Police have now launched a frantic search for the teenager, who was last seen wearing grey leggings, a grey hooded top, black trainers and a black coat.
She has been described as around 5ft 8ins tall with dark hair and a small tattoo on her wrist which reads CM.
Derbyshire Constabulary said: “We are searching for a girl who has gone missing from the High Peak.
“Layla Mann (13) has gone missing from Fernilee and was last seen yesterday afternoon (Friday, 11 October).
“Anyone who has any information about their whereabouts is asked to contact Derbyshire police on the 101 number, with reference 912 of October 11.”
