Meghan Markle fans distracted by reflection of Prince Harry lovingly rocking baby Archie in documentary

ROYAL fans were distracted by a reflection of Prince Harry tenderly cradling baby Archie in the background of an interview.

Footage from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s documentary, Harry and Meghan: An African Journey, aired tonight showing an insight into their royal tour.

Chatting with Tom Bradby, Meghan, 38, discusses how successful the first two days of their trip have been so far.

She hailed the “optimism” in the country, as the new parents took five-month-old Archie to meet Archbishop Desmond Tutu.

But eagle eyed fans were distracted by a reflection of Prince Harry, 34, and his son in the background of Meghan’s interview.

The new dad can be seen cradling his son and rocking him from side to side in candid footage, where he thinks no one can see him.

Fans have picked up on the sweet father-son moment, saying it was the “favourite” part of the hour-long documentary.

Posting on Twitter, one person said: “My favourite part of Harry & Meghan: An African Journey. Reflection of Harry cuddling Archie.”

Someone else posted: “Meghan is saying something important but I can’t keep my eyes off the duo in the left side corner….. Harry and Archie.”

A third said: “Harry carried Archie as well. Cradled him so tenderly and so close.”

The Sussex’s took Archie on his first royal tour, with Meghan revealing how well-behaved he’s been in the documentary.

She said he was doing “really well”, and had also been sleeping well, though added it was tough being on a royal tour while looking after a five-month-old.

Viewers couldn’t get over just how cute Archie was, with close-up footage showing the tot smiling and laughing, with Prince Harry revealing he’s “found his voice”.

One person gushed: “Archie is sooooo cute #HarryandMeghan #SouthAfrica tour.”

Another said: “Archie is just the sweetest, what a cutie.”

A third tweeted: “Archie is so cute.”

Agreeing, this person said: “Baby Archie is soooo cute.”

While this person thought: “I just noticed that little Archie has his daddy’s sparkling eyes. What a lovely lad.”

Plus royal fans can’t get over Meghan Markle’s secret nickname for Prince Harry. 

In a clip from the documentary Prince Harry revealed Meghan living under the same pressures as his mum was his biggest fear.

And another clip showed her holding back tears as she revealed her ‘struggle’ as a ‘vulnerable’ pregnant woman and new mum.
