Shocked mum wakes to find ‘home invader, 22, running a bath for her 2-year-old son’
A WOMAN said she was left horrified after discovering another woman in her home preparing to give her child a bath, according to a report.
Areica Hill told news station WCMH-TV, “I have never heard of anything like this,” after waking up to the sound of a dog barking and discovering the alleged intruder in her home, in Columbus, Ohio.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, with Hill claiming she managed to get the woman, Elizabeth Hixon, 22, away from her child before her boyfriend restrained Hixon until authorities arrived.
Hill said: “I get up and I walk to my door and the way my house is set up, I can look down the hall.
“I see a white female lady, bent over the tub, with my 2-year-old in the tub.”
According to WCMH-TV, Hixon, who Hill said she had never met, has been arrested and charged with burglary.
