JADON SANCHO has been fined £86,000 by Borussia Dortmund for turning up late to training from England duty.
And the badboy winger, 19, was made to run alone in the pouring rain by furious boss Lucien Favre.
Sancho – whose salary is believed to be around £5.2million – was dropped from Dortmund’s squad for last Saturday’s 1-0 win over Bundesliga leaders Monchengladbach.
The ex-Manchester City forward turned up nearly 24 hours late following international duty with the Three Lions.
Sancho started for England in their shock 2-1 loss to Czech Republic but was then dropped to the bench for the 6-0 win at Bulgaria.
Dortmund chief Favre is angry because Sancho has also turned up late for training on other occasions this season.
As a result, German newspaper Bild say Sancho was made to run in the “pouring rain” and hit with the fine.
They report that Sancho was ordered to jog “for about an hour with an athletic trainer”.
Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc said there was “no alternative” but to punish the teenager.
He said: “Jadon is a decent boy. He is still very young.
“We did not make the decision easy, but it was no alternative.
“The suspension is only valid for today.”
SunSport told you that England’s players landed at 4am at Birmingham Airport on Tuesday after the game in Sofia and a car was waiting for Sancho who was due to head to London to spend some time with his family.
